What services do you offer?

Hi, thanks for expressing interest! I offer:

  • Semi-Private Training (small group, structured, results-focused)

  • Private 1:1 Training (fully personalized)

  • Online Coaching (app-based with workouts + nutrition guidance)

  • 6 am 6-week challenges! $150 for 6 weeks of 4 days a week group training!

All options are designed to help you build a strong, curvy physique the right way.

What’s the difference between semi-private and private training?

Semi-Private Training:

  • Small group setting of 4-5 people(women only)

  • More affordable

  • Still personalized guidance

  • Structured program for outside workouts, meal plans, etc!

Private Training:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Fully customized sessions

  • More hands-on attention

👉 Both get results—it just depends on your preference, budget, and schedule!

I do charge for the in-person consultations , but the fee will be applied toward your training plan if you decide to proceed.

I offer weekend classes like:

  • Abs & Assets (Saturdays) at 10am!

  • Additional pop-up classes

In-Person Consultation + Starter Workout

  • Before starting in-person training, all new clients complete a one-time $50 consultation session.

    This is not just a sit-down meeting — this is an actual workout.

    During your consultation, we’ll go through a starter training session so I can assess how you move, your current strength level, your form, and where you’re starting from.

    What’s Included:

    Your consultation includes:

    • Goal discussion

    • Movement + form assessment

    • Beginner-friendly workout

    • Strength level check

    • Program recommendation

    • Overview of how coaching works

    • Time to ask questions before committing

    How the $50 Fee Works

    The consultation is $50 upfront.

    If you decide to move forward with a training plan, your $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your first payment!

    So your consultation fee is not wasted — it goes toward your coaching investment.
